Fresh Start is designed to
give you the best of both worlds - individual attention so that the program can be customized to your needs, and group support and community. The program includes:
* Nutritional detox guided by Brooke Leverone, Naturopathic Doctor
* Twice weekly Pilates classes by Julia Hollas, ITT Pilates Instructor
* Option of a two-week Mini Program or the four-week Complete Program
* Small groups (max of 4!) - you'll get the individual attention you need to see real changes
* Two different class times to fit your schedule - classes meet on Mondays and Fridays, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm.

The Details.
Two-Week Mini Program
Friday, January 13th
10:30-11:30am OR 12:30-1:30pm Kick-Off Meeting! Meet Brooke and Julia, get your supplements, learn about the detox diet, enjoy an introductory Pilates class, and receive materials to support you throughout the rest of your journey.
During the kick-off meeting, you will also schedule a One-on-One consultation with Dr. Brooke Leverone to take place during the fist week of your program to go over your individual health goals and needs.
Monday, January 16th
Begin your detox
diet!
Your Pilates mat classes begin at The Body Praxis and will continue for two weeks as follows:
Monday, January 16, , either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Friday, January 20, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Monday, January 23, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Friday, January 27
, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Friday, January 27th - following your Pilates class Q & A with Dr. Brooke Leveroneto answer any questions that have come up during your two-week program.

Four-Week Complete Program
Following the Q & A on January 27th, participants in the Four-Week Complete Program will continue with:
Two additional weeks of Pilates mat classes:
Monday, January 30, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Friday, February 3, either 10:30-11:30amor 12:30-1:30pm
Monday, February 6, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
Friday, Febrary 10, either 10:30-11:30am or 12:30-1:30pm
A One-on-One consultation with Dr. Brooke Leverone to take place during the final week of your program to assess improvements and make a plan for integration.
Friday, February 10th - following your mat class Closing session with Dr. Brooke Leverone and Julia Hollas to plan for continued wellness and health throughout the year.
